• Carry out a team based workshop to analyse the Audit results and plan for a Trusted future together.

The program takes 4 weeks or can be undertaken in a half day workshop:

• 1 lunch n learn per week for 3 consecutive weeks
• We carry out an InnoWise™ process checklist in the first week to gauge where the team is at
• The 2nd week we undertake a Trust audit to start to measure Trust
• In the 4th week, we unpack the results in a Trust workshop to uncover the Trust blockers and develop a plan to move forward.
